Those who wish to join our PMES may come for an interview and submit the requirements to the Education & Membership Committee Office (EDCOM) any day before the PMES.

Please bring the following requirements:

I. Proof of income

A. FOR THOSE EMPLOYED

• - Certificate of Employment
• - Business Permit of Employer (if necessary)

B. FOR THE SELF-EMPLOYED

• - Business Permit (Original and Photocopy); or
• - OR & CR of Vehicle and Franchise (if applicable); or
• - If Allottee: Bank Certification of Remittances or Certificate/ Employment Contract of Spouse (OFW) Certificate of Allotment (OFW)
• - PRC (Professional License ID) with Income Tax Return (ITR)
• - Certificate of other reasonable source/s of income

II. Birth Certificate

• - Of Applicant
• - Of Child/ren (IF APPLICABLE)

III. Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

IV. Latest Picture - 1 copy 2"x2" and 1 copy of 1"x1"

V. Death Certificate of Spouse (if applicable)

VI. Seminar Fee (Php 300) and Membership Fee (Php 200) = Php 500.00
