Role

The BBCCC is a Credit Cooperative and as such lending is its main line of service. However, it also offers allied services for the ultimate benefit of its members. The Credit and Collection is in charge of processing a loan application form the time it is filed, to the release of the loan proceeds, and eventually, to its collection. It receives loan applications, conducts their processing, and requires from the applicants the submission and completion of all documentary and collateral requirements of their loans. It also monitors the members loan accounts, prepares the billing statements and collection letters, and pursues other means necessary to collect loan balances.
