Powers of the Board of Directors:

The Board of Directors as a body, shall direct and supervise the business, and manage the property of the Cooperative. It shall prescribe policies, rules and regulations consistent with the Cooperative code (R.A. 6938). The By-laws, and the resolutions of the General Assembly, serve as guide for the management of the business of the Cooperative.
